William H. Kincaid has over 30 years of experience as a Texas attorney, and has been working as a negotiator and mediator of disputes for almost that long. He is a charter member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, is the first attorney in Denton County to be admitted to that organization, and is a former mediator for United States Arbitration and Mediation Services.
